If for whatever reason you can't attend our group sessions, we would still love to be able to support you to get started on your running journey. That's why we decided to create a 12-part beginners podcast, to support new runners to complete our version of the Couch to 5k programme at a time, pace and location to suit you.
The founder of Let's Run Girls, Dani is the host of the podcast and each week she chats away to a different guest speaker about different elements of running. If you're following the progressive beginners programme, you can follow the audio cues which will tell you when to walk and run, but you can also just ignore the cues and listen to the conversation.
